AllianzGI needed a way to improve employee experience and promote career development. Colleagues from different departments had no way to connect with each other and share skills. A self-managed portal where colleagues could connect by skills was desired across the enterprise. An annual employee survey revealed that the Allianz workforce felt that career opportunities were not readily transparent. Allianz wanted to link career and personal development to build transparency and interest across their global workforce.
