The Skills Intelligence Accelerator is a six-month program composed of general sessions plus several custom enterprise workshops each month. At the conclusion of the program, each participant will have developed a solid skills-based work strategy, receive a customized career architecture report highlighting their organization's skill capabilities, as well as access to Hitch skills intelligence and talent mobility platform for a full year.
In addition, the cohort offers a design-thinking environment to collaborate with peers, share ideas and best practices, and develop concepts and processes that will inform a contemporary and nimble roadmap for the future of work.

How will it work?
We will host a kick-off event in January 2022, where you will get an overview of the objectives and focus for each of the cohort events between January and June.
Then we will host the cohort for a two-hour virtual session each month with select members of our team of experts. These virtual sessions will provide the frameworks, processes, and industry knowledge sharing required to ready you for the transformation to the future of work.
In addition, you will receive two hours of private consultation each month to share best practices, tackle problems, and build a job-to-skills architecture for your organization using Hitch.Graph.
