In my coaching practice, I leverage my experience from senior level leadership roles and organizational transformations.
► Over the past 25 years I have coached, guided, mentored and trained over 10,000 executives, senior leaders, and professionals to identify their strengths, expand their skills and agility beyond their expectations, advance their leadership capabilities, achieve career aspirations, and deliver on organizational targets.
► I have implemented many changes in technologies, strategies, and business practices enterprise-wide and across multinational cultures; and have facilitated successful critical changes spanning organizational re-structuring, acquisitions, shifts in executive leadership and organizational strategy, and improving under-performing business units.
► I have established, led, and participated in several successful BRGs/ERGs, mentoring programs, and diversity coaching initiatives. My personal passion is coaching ambitious professional women to advance in their careers and love what they do.
