Congratulations to our founder Kelley Steven-Waiss for this well-deserved award! The Hitch team is proud to work with you everyday.
“We are taking the old operating model and ways of working for organizations and leveraging technology to turn that model “inside out.” We do this by introducing a new talent operating model based on optimization of talent from the inside and what we call the “self-actualized enterprise.”
Press release below from FormFactor:
We’re so proud to announce today that our board member, Kelley Steven-Waiss was recognized by WomenInc. magazine as one of the Most Influential Corporate Board Directors for 2019. The recognition celebrates accomplished female executives across the nation, their distinguished careers, and the corporations that demonstrate inclusive board composition.
Congratulations, Kelley! We’re thrilled for your success.
When she joined FormFactor’s board in 2015, we welcomed a skilled people leader known for bringing a disruptive future-proof vision to today’s work environment. Since then, we have benefited from Kelley’s contribution in more ways than we can count, but especially her advocacy of diversity, inclusion and equity in the workplace. Her principles were informed over many years building talented global teams at innovation-driven technology companies. Time and again she found a direct correlation between diversity and innovation — well before research affirmed that increasing the diversity of leadership teams boosts innovation and improves financial performance.
As we continue to expand our global footprint and teams across the world, Kelley helped us leverage inclusion culture as a strategic asset. It’s no secret that we thrive on innovation. After all, our technology is used to test devices that power the intelligence and memory of the most innovative products on the planet. And because we know that thought diversity influences innovation, strengthening the diversity at FormFactor is an enduring priority for our leadership.
We’re proud that FormFactor is represented on the prestigious WomensInc. list and we salute Kelley for this well-deserved recognition. We’re prouder still that the addition of Rebecca Obregon-Jimenez and Sheri Rhodes to our board earlier this year makes us a leader in our industry for inclusive board composition. We’re grateful for the high-impact contribution of these three remarkable leaders.
