Tiffany Stevenson

Board President and Chief People Officer at Patreon

Tiffany Stevenson currently serves as SVP and Chief People Officer, at Patreon.  In her role, she leads the People & Communities team, supporting and amplifying the mission-driven, global community and changing the way art is valued. With a core belief that culture is a VERB and not a noun, Tiffany believes that her ultimate calling is to help make culture WIN inside and out!  

Prior to Patroen, Tiffany served for 3 years as the Chief Talent & Inclusion Officer and Global Head of Communities at Box, which was named a 2020 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For in addition to receiving several distinctions by Great Place to Work: Best Workplaces in Technology, Best Workplaces in the Bay Area, Best Workplaces for Diversity, and Best Workplace for Parents. 

Prior to Box, Tiffany served 12 years at Sephora USA Inc. (LVMH), where she led the talent and learning functions and launched the D&I practice for the Americas region.

Outside of work, she currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Museum of the African Diaspora in San Francisco (Smithsonian Affiliate) and most recently ended a two-year post on the National Advisory Council on Innovation and Entrepreneurship with the US Department of Commerce. 

Tiffany holds a BA from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Georgetown University.
