For 20 years, Simi Gambhir has held Chief of Staff, business management and HR roles across multiple industries and companies, including ABN AMRO Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers, The University of Chicago, and HERE Technologies.
Prior to joining Hitch, Simi was the Global HR Business Partner to the Global CIO of McDonald’s Corporation and Managing Partner of Third City Properties, a real estate investment startup. Simi has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University and is GPHR certified.
After living in Amsterdam, Dubai, and Brussels, she now resides in Chicago, where she serves on the Board of Arts & Business Council of Chicago. Simi is passionate about people data and analytics, process improvement, employee-led and employer-supported career changes, and operating with a global mindset.
