Kim was Executive Vice President at First Data Corporation, over 16 years rising through the ranks from an entry-level call center position to become the youngest person to serve on the company’s Leadership Team overseeing its $2 billion card division and 8,000 employees. Her transition to search began as Managing Director with Korn/Ferry International followed by Vice Chair of a national search firm. In 2009 she founded her talent advisory and executive search firm. In 2018 Kim joined August Leadership as Chairman Advisory Board and Managing Partner.
Kim is a board director and advisor of several corporate and non-profit boards.
A sought-after speaker, Kim has lectured at Harvard, Columbia and Barnard College and has addressed The Conference Board, Young President’s Organization (YPO), Kennedy Information Conference, and Women for Hire.
