Eswar Vandanapu is a technologist and engineering leader with more than 20 years experience in leading the development of largescale data platforms and building world-class engineering and operations teams. He has designed, developed, and deployed products at fortune 500 companies while working at several successful startups like enCommerce, Thor, Aviso, and Constella Intelligence, as well as run large development organizations at Oracle. He has architected SaaS platforms and grown engineering teams from the ground up, as well as re-architected and retrofitted legacy systems to create the base for next-gen products. Eswar has a portfolio of patents, a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad, and an MBA from Santa Clara University with special focus on entrepreneurship and managing technology and innovation.
